Lets start by giving the news we will not be playing Armco Park or having a cookout this year. Because management at Armco Park decided our loyalty and business was not high on their list, they chose to replace our date after I had booked it in advance with another group. I am looking to find a course and price to play for 1 tournament in September.

The 2nd & 3rd tournaments of the year were played at Shaker Run & Yankee Trace. But before I get to the results there are a few concerns that were brought to my attention. First I have heard that some golfers are just taking a number and not finishing the hole. If that happens you are to take an “X” for the hole. Giving yourself  an incorrect number affects the net points of all in the tournament. Some people only lose out by a couple of points in the year end totals.
